Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Shipping Duration

We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or strikes.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India — no hidden fees or extra charges.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order directly on the courier’s website or through the provided tracking link.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Treasure will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If delivery fails after the final attempt, the package will be marked as “Returned to Origin (RTO).” A re-shipping charge may apply if you wish to have the order sent again.

Delays or Exceptions

In rare cases, there may be delays due to logistics issues, high order volumes, or natural causes. We will notify you in case of any such delay and ensure your package reaches you as soon as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, Treasure ships only within India. International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned for updates on our website and social media.
