Refund & Replacement Policy

At Treasure, we value your trust and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to guarantee quality and authenticity. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to assist you through our simple and transparent replacement process.

Eligibility for Replacement

We offer a 5-day replacement policy.which means you have five (5) days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, and protective films intact.
  • You must provide a receipt, invoice, or valid proof of purchase
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to validate your replacement request. This video helps us verify the issue and ensures a fair and transparent resolution process.
  • Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

When You Can Request a Replacement

You can request a replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete.
  • The product is missing essential components or accessories.

Replacements are not applicable for items damaged due to improper handling, physical damage after delivery, or customer negligence.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement, please contact our team at treasuretheworld.in@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Your email must include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear unboxing video showing the product and packaging
  3. Images that clearly display the issue
  4. A short description of the problem

Once your request is received, our team will carefully review it. If approved, we will send you detailed return instructions and the return address.

Refunds and Store Credits

We do not issue refunds to bank accounts, UPI IDs, or original payment methods. If a return is approved instead of a replacement, the refund amount will be issued as a Treasure Redeem Code (store credit) equal to the total value of the returned item. This redeem code can be used on your next purchase at treasuretheworld.in and will not expire unless stated otherwise.

Damages and Issues

We request all customers to inspect their products upon delivery. If you find any defect, damage, or missing part, please contact us immediately at treasuretheworld.in@gmail.com with your order details, unboxing video, and images. Our support team will review your concern and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable and Excluded Items

Certain items cannot be returned or replaced due to their nature. These include:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances (liquids or gases)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Lost or Stolen Packages

Treasure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Upon inquiry, we will share delivery confirmation details including courier name and tracking number. Customers are advised to contact the courier service directly for post-delivery investigations.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing and packaging begin immediately after confirmation to ensure fast delivery. Please verify all order details before checkout.
